Paul Fox-Skippack Township Supervisor


Paul Fox and his wife Donna have been proud residents of Skippack for 25 years, where they raised two children who both attended the Perkiomen Valley School District. A dedicated community member, Paul coached his son at Lower Perk Little League and his daughter at WestMont Soccer.


He has served as a Skippack Township Supervisor since 2012, where he served as Vice Chair from 2014–2023 and as Chair since 2024. Prior to his current role, Paul contributed as a member of the Skippack Township Park Board from 2007 to 2011.


Paul is known for improving and maintaining local facilities, working closely with Little League and soccer leagues. He led the cleanup of Church Road Park, tackling graffiti, vandalism, and illicit activity. As Chair, Paul achieved a 33% reduction in property tax liability, instituted unprecedented transparency, and ensured strong financial support for First Responders.

Tom Desilets- Skippack Township Supervisor


Tom Desilets was born in Norristown, grew up in Malvern, and has lived in Skippack since 2003. He attended Archbishop Carroll High School and graduated from Villanova University. He met his wife Amy in 1995 while both were working in Pittsburgh, and they married in 1998. They have two children, Luke and Lily, who both attended Perkiomen Valley schools.

Tom is an entrepreneur and founder of PhillyCom, Inc., an IT and cybersecurity company. Previously, he worked for ESPN, Bell Atlantic, Nortel, and others. He has served multiple terms as the President of the Cassel Mill Community HOA Board and is a member of the Collegeville Rotary Club.

Tom and his family love Skippack. He is committed to preserving the community’s beauty and culture.

Lower taxes & fiscal responsibility 

  • Improved our Moody's credit rating to AAA+ while reducing property taxes to 33%
  • Oversees a responsible budget with $62M surplus/reserve funds
  • Ensured financial strength to remain self-sufficient to avoid needing to sell our Water or Sewer services

Preserving our historic downtown Village

  • Passed Skippack Resolution 2024 19, affirming the Township's authority over local land use decisions
  • Revitalized Event team that added activities like Community Days and park events
  • Added 100 Acres to our open space

Supporting our first responders

  • Doubled our investment in the Fire and EMS yearly contributions without raising taxes.
  • Worked with neighboring Townships and Prison to drive financial contributions to lower the Skippack burden
  • Opposed a proposal to place a homeless encampment on the property of the SCI Phoenix prison property

Pedestrian safety improvements

  • Pushed PennDOT to get approval to reduce the speed through the Village to 30MPH
  • Added a footbridge over Skippack Creek parallel to Collegeville road to preserve the history of the original vehicle bridge while providing a safe path for pedestrians
  • Upgraded flashing lights at all pedestrian crossings
